Our Website and practice are designed to provide a convenient, private and informative experience for our visitors as well as a place to access holistic health services rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, quantum biology, and holistic healing approaches.

CLIENT ACCOUNT OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS AND PAYMENT TERMS

Service Fees and Payment

When you book appointments or services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payment terms include:

  • Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made

  • For package deals or treatment plans, payment schedules will be clearly outlined

  • We accept various forms of payment as specified during booking

  • All fees are subject to change with reasonable notice

Subscription Services

Some services may be offered on a subscription basis. For subscription services:

  • Your payment method will be automatically charged according to the billing schedule

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with appropriate notice

  • Cancellations are not retroactive, and you remain responsible for the current billing period

  • We reserve the right to modify subscription terms with reasonable notice

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee

  • Package deals and prepaid services may be transferred to family members or friends within one year of purchase

  • Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis

  • Emergency cancellations due to illness may be rescheduled without penalty

Scope of Practice

Our services are not equipped to handle medical emergencies.
